The Institute follows the system of rolling admissions; thus applications from international students will be processed as they are received.  Students enter the program in September of each year; therefore, the final deadline for the submission of completed application forms to Bhaktivedanta Institute is April 30th of every year. Late applications may be considered on a case by case basis till June 30th of every year. "Rolling Admissions" means that students can submit their application as much as one year in advance and receive a letter of acceptance as early as 10 months prior to the start of classes, that is, in November of the previous year. It is recommended that the applicant begin corresponding with the Overseas Admissions Committee as soon as possible. Click here for admission requirements.

Please allow two weeks for review of the above information. Owing to the diversity of educational programs throughout the world, the Admissions Committee may require further information or have additional requirements. If the applicant meets the admission requirements, the Admission's Officer will conduct a telephone interview with the applicant. The applicant will also take an online exam. Applicants can assume that BITS will accept the application and that BITS will issue a formal letter of acceptance.  With this letter of acceptance, the applicant will be able to obtain a student visa from an Indian consulate. As early as possible, applicants should contact the nearest Indian consulate for full details regarding student visas.
